Make thick, rich Greek yogurt right at home with this handcrafted Japanese yogurt strainer set. Designed with a minimalist wooden hinoki (Japanese cypress) frame, this tool allows you to easily transform store-bought yogurt into dense, protein-rich Greek yogurt.
Simply line the frame with the included cotton cloth, add yogurt, and let it rest in the fridge. You can even add a small weight for a firmer finish. It’s also great for straining tofu or cottage cheese.

Instructions
Set the strainer on a water-collecting tray to catch any liquid. Line the wooden frame with the cloth, add solid yogurt, cover with the lid, and refrigerate for 2–3 hours. For a firmer texture, place a 90g weight on top of the press lid.
